People can get acne in their genital area. It's not that uncommon! And, it's NOT caused by crabs. Crabs are parasites and they do not cause acne.

Acne can appear anywhere on the body like the face, back, chest, arms, legs, genital area, you name it.

People can also get razor burn from shaving their genital area. This can cause ingrown hairs which are hairs that get trapped underneath the skin as they are trying to grow back. This can cause the pore to get clogged with bacteria which causes small bump that can puss.

If you are concerned you might have crabs or another STD then see a doctor. Good luck!

It could be a number of different things. There's only a chance of it being crabs or genital warts (or any other STI) if you've actually had sex with someone who has it. Sometimes crabs can be caught from sharing towels, clothes etc with someone that has them. If it doesn't itch like crazy, then chances are it's not crabs.

Is it just an odd spot here or there?? Like the kinda pimple you could get on your face? this could be caused by ingrowing pubic hair.

If it's more like a rash then I strongly suggest you go see your doctor.

It could be genital warts or HPV. Even though you're still young and even if your haven't been with any man yet, you still can have HPV. Why? Because some women can develop this disease all by their selves even without doing anything. It's a curse. Make your self be examine or should I say tell your mom first. Good Luck!
