I'm 5'4" and had 2 heart attacks they say losing weight helps well how much truly does it. Workout daily for 30min on cardio & 30min on light weights

A good progress keep up the physical, if you are not diabetic take honey 1table spoonful 15 minutes before breakfast, this will clear away the any future complications.
I am satisfied , but don't over do, keep the current physical. OK
