I have small tiny pearl like thingys on the edges of my penis I've had them I had them for like a year now but I always had protected sex they dont hurt or anything I never had any problems with them there just there what are they

They might be genital warts (caused by HPV).

The only for sure way to know what they are is to see your doctor and get tested. It's better to be safe than sorry! Good luck!
