Jeez, it was just a joke. Get over yourself. I'm pretty sure God doesn't care one way or another if Green Day comes up with the words 'Jesus' in it.

Victor 7707 you know who mocks God those who claim they know him and then judge others. Since you think you can tell some one that they are mocking God then you are thier judge. Not get off God throne and let God judge. I cannot stand these so called Christians who go around claiming spritual perfection but have no clue what Christ said. Go read your Bible and figure out what Christ said were to two most important commands. Doc I am glad you asked this questions. Because I do not find Jesus of Suburbia blasphemous. It makes you ask a question that you dialog with others. If this 7707 had a true understanding of what christ taught who would have answered you something like this. Jesus tought his people to love God and one another if the song does not claim that then it is another Jesus they are singing about. I am not a Bible thumper nor to I claim to be, but I do like the teachings of one of the first humanist besides aristotle and socrates. His teachings were taught before he came on to the scene and continue with others. Look at Neitzche. "Do not walk in front of me for I may not follow, nor do not walk behind me for I may not lead, but walk besides me and be my friend."

Yes, it mockes God don't you think, Do not have anything to do with it, it isnot of God, or Jesus. The bible says God is Holy, we should try to stay as Holy as possible, for a human I know thats tuff but keeping away from stuff like that should be easy..

No. I think the Jesus theme park things they have in America are way more demeaning.

You are wrong He does care very much.
For you are not defiled by what goes in the mouth but by that which comes out.
