I like my steak nice and rare, rare enough to drip blood when you cut into it....mmmm! Succulent.
How can I make steak kabobs without overcooking them?

Also any good way to make sure that pork-kabobs are well done?

go online to find some good recipies. marinate the steak. put the stuff all together (meat, veggies, whatever you like), and cook them on an open flame. if you press on a peice of meat and red juices stil come out your good. grill until the meat is just browned

I thought this was a legitimate V&V question until I opened it. As a matter of fact, we had some outstanding shish-kabob for dinner tonight @ a nearby vegan restaurant. They were marinated in a spicy kind of BBQ sauce & seasoned perfectly. The only thing I'd have added would be pineapple, which we use when we make 'em @ home.

Stove top on a grill pan or under the oven broiler.

I believe you are asking this question in the wrong category. This category is for those whom eat non-meat foods.

Steak isn't good for you either.
I hope your kebabs burn and catch your house on fire.
