Imagine Foods makes a vegan creamy portobello mushroom soup (http://www.imaginefoods.com/products/product/1603.php).

Sure there is. Saute some mushrooms (I like portabello) in olive oil, with some onions, seasonings, and garlic, if you like (whatever seasonings you prefer works fine-I use fresh parsley and rosemary) When the mushrooms are soft, add in some rice, almond, or soy milk and simmer until the mixture thickens and the liquid reduces a bit. Serve hot, or over toast points. Yum! If you want a thicker soup, mix a little cornstarch or arrowroot in some cold "milk" to form a slurry, then stir the slurry into the simmering soup, stir constantly until thickened-about 1 minute.

Yes, I'm not sure of the specifics though. But it's out there. I remember reading a vegan meal plan, and on it listed a cream of mushroom soup. I believe the brand was Campbell's, but I could be wrong. Just look out for it.

Pre-prepared mushroom soups & restaurants typically use chicken stock, so sorry, you'll prob have to make it from scratch. It's not difficult though. The recipe beebs gave above sounds really good. Good luck! :O)
