Those are really alarmingly high readings. You need to get her in to the doctor as soon as possible.
A random test of over 200, with symptoms such as frequent urination = diabetes.

I am a type 1 diabetic since the age of 2. I was noticing signs in my 18 month old son and tested him. he was indeed diabetic. Do not delay in getting medical attention for your child!!!! You need to take your daughter to her pediatrician or emergency room now. If you don't, your child may be very sick by the time you do. Although it is not easy for parents to accept that their child may have this disease, it will not "go away" and you need to face it and treat it ASAP. I will also tell you that in pediatric diabetics their pancreas does not just shut down, it very often functions sporadically which means that even if you take herand she is fine today you may wnat to occasionally test if you see the thirst/urination signs.
From my experience with Sam, He would test fine and then I'd see symptoms again, but by the time I'd test him he would be "normal" again. Then Sam kept getting yeast infections in his diaper area (the yeast was just loving the sugar in his urine), and came down with a vomiting/diarrhea viral infection which was going around. So when he started losing weight and was a little dehydrated, I never thought it might be anything more than the normal childhood "bugs". I just continued to watch him. After a weekend of constant thirst, cranky baby and soaking wet diapers as well as soaking wet sheets and a raging yeast infection I put him in the tub to soothe
his little bottom he asked for a drink and then another and another. He drank 36 ounces of fluid straight down and when he looked up at me I saw how dry and cracked his lips were. Thats when I tested him and got a reading of "HI". This may sound like it took weeks to finally get to this point, but it literally just was a symptomhere and there over several months and then that one weekend where it just became so obvious. My husband was in denial and made me retest him and still had a hard time accepting it until the doctors confirmed it. There are so many improvements in the treatment of this disease, that you will be doing your daughter and yourself a favor by seeking the evaluation of a pediatric endocrinologist ( this is a doctor who is specially trained to treat diabetes). Even if your daughter is cleared initially, if you notice symptoms you may want to buy some urine testing supplies. This is a pretty painless way to keep tabs on your daughters health. If you start getting sugar in the urine, follow it up with a blood glucose test. Also keep in mind that all testing supplie can be snsitive to humid condions and that they do outdate which could produce false negatives(i.e. the urine may look like there isn't any sugar when ther actually is) If you think the urine testing supplies may not be correct you can try dipping them in a sugar water solution or apple juice which definitly should make it urn color. My best advice is get medical attention immediately!

if hers is 247 that is too high she shouldbe under 100 all the time. anything over 100 is bad and that is what they call borderinle when its under 150 but that is misconsception now. some doctors still think that way but if you have high sugar then you should be starting to do something now intead of wait till it gets worse and you can have problems later with organs down the road.

Yes, those are higher than normal. I believe that the normal range for toddlers, which is slightly higher for older children and adults, is 110-220 approx. I would definitly contact your doctor first thing Tuesday morning. Until then, watch your toddler's diet and check her blood sugar until then so you will have some readings to take to your doctor.
