Old fashioned Listerine is best!! least expensive. Just pour some into foot bath twice a day for about a week. Do not wash the Listerine off the foot. Dry it and wear clean socks. Toss all your old shoes out. Do not wear them again.

fungus are oportunistic diseases, this means that you can do alot thing in the outside but you need to reinforces your immune system aswell, because if you don't do this you will end it out having them for ever.
Get a jar with some rum 80-100 proof get 1 cup of garlic cloves cut them and also oregano (wild is better), put in a jar with the rum in a dark selaed bottle for two weeks and you can use for your feet and also to take by mouth.

I like foot powder in my shoes before I put them on. Wear cotton socks and change daily.

i dont want to give you names of antifungal creams.. there are plenty in the drug store..

I saw something on Opera and i tried it and helped me.. empty 5-6 bottles of mouth wash (that fill a bowel) and dip your foot inside it.. do this daily for a week and viola! no more smelly feet ;)
