well it was the roaring twenties, so maybe a stock broker that really made it big? think 1920's suit, with loads of fake cash spilling out of every pocket, coming out from under the pant cuff. etc. .....actually if you are going to party and you know there are going to be gangsters, going as a 1920's style cop might be funny. round hat, with a badge on it....I like the stock broker idea better.

Other than gansters and flappers, what do you have for the 20's? Maybe a doughboy just back from "The War to End All Wars" or a biplane pilot with the goggles, scarf, leather jacket, etc...
Or a news boy, with the big floppy hat, newsbag, short pants that bunch below the knee...
