I saw some daibetic cereal bar, snack bar, protein bar or whatever they called them in the supermarket and whole food store. Anyone try them? Do they work well? Any suggestion on it? Thank you very much.

I do not buy any food that says "Diabetic", "Low Carb", or "Sugar Free".

Mostly they have other ingredients in them that are worse for us than whatever they are promoting as lower!! This is usually in the form of more fats or lots more salt.

I get the Quaker instant breakfast bar things. They are a good quick fix when I am going low in traffic jams! Have a slow steady source of carb with little spiking.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

They taste a little like cardboard but that isn't the real problem. Look at the carbohydrate and sugar counts on the back of the wrapper. There are a lot of real healthy foods that taste better and are better for you.

yes they can work, but the key is learn to read label's and count carbs. 15grams of carbohydrate = 1 carb serving. glucose testing about 1/2 after eating a food is the only sure way to tell how a particular food affects your sugar. it can vary with each person
