I have IBS and I can only have dairy in small doses as well, so I sympathize. Does soy products bother you? Because there's always vegan cheese, soy milk (or rice, almond, hemp, etc.) and other wonderful products like that you can substitute for regular dairy in recipes.

I even have IBS and uncooked veganism truly facilitates me. i do no longer consume thoroughly uncooked yet do many of the time and that facilitates. I truly have a no longer hassle-free time with soy and gluten and can't handle iceberg lettuce of mixed vegetables. i'm undecided what you advise, which you will no longer bypass vegan using meals they "supplement." What supplemental meals? If I found out something from this, that is that IBS sucks and that i do no longer pick to annoy it. you're saying which you extremely pick to "straighten out" each little thing by way of going veg for as much as a 300 and sixty 5 days...yet whilst meat irritates your IBS why might you ever pick to bypass returned to it? you are able to touch me with that information and in line with threat we are able to locate a vegan eating recurring for you.

is there a reason you are avoiding bread? do you also have a sensitivity to wheat?

you could try rice bread, theres' a really good one, i am not sure the brand but it's rice almond, smear a little bit of cashew butter on there and that's a good sweet snack...
can find that stuff at any health food store.
i'm trying to think of things i eat, b/c i am in the same position as you!! some nice asian noodles (no egg) made into a soup with garlic, shallots, shiitake mushrooms is quite nice...
try different noodles/grains: quinoa, millet, rice, etc...something OTHER than wheat b/c that is sometimes a problem with IBS.
i would definitely find a good health food store, easiest place to find things you can eat, trust me! oh, and take probiotics!!!

helpforibs.com is a great site. i use the acacia fiber, peppermint and fennel teas and peppermint caps. really helps a LOT. there is also a recipe exchange board that has some good stuff on it.

good luck!!!

Quinoa stir fry

1 cup quinoa
2 cups veggie stock
1/4 cup toasted nuts
1/4 cup shredded cheese
6 oz fresh spinach
1 cup chopped tomatoes

Toast grain in medium skillet until golden and fragrant. Add stock, cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook just tp wilt. Stir in tomatoes and nuts, heat through. Stir in cheese and serve.
This is good with every kind of nuts and cheese.

I like fruit, soy nuts, and popcorn for snacks.

You can't do it or you are going to die.

# 1. Cut back on sugar.

# 2. Cut back on foods with yeast, especially yeast breads.

# 3. Take probiotics when needed.

# 4. Cut back on dairy products, especially milk.

# 5. Emphasize soup with meat and non-starchy vegetables.

# 6. Go easy on spicy foods.

# 7. Avoid grains, corn and rice.

# 8. Avoid raw vegetables and fruit unless eaten with an acidic dressing.
