Sea vegetables, chlorella and spirulina are three that are EXTREMELY high in nutrients. Yams and carrots come to mind for their beta-carotene content. And yeah, all those dark, leafy greens are incredibly high in calcium, iron, folic acid, beta-carotene, vitamin C, etc.
