Like, on saddle back?
I heard it is quite risky, if you slip...you will be in trouble.

No form of unprotected sex is safe. If you are dealing with a partner that would allow you to have unprotected sex with him, you need to rethink your choice in sexual partners. Yes it is less likely to contract some stds as a top, but why would you want to take that chance. Always use protection.

if both people have been tested for STD's, HIV, etc. then yes it's safe "if" they both remain monogamous.

you referenced the "top" which makes me think you are talking about unprotected anal sex. the risks are always greater for the "receiver" of anal sex because of the delicate lining of the rectum it is easily torn and fluid exchange can occur very easily.

no its not if not with a person that has a clean bill of health, if they do then other than pregnancy i dont know.
