for me ace inhibitors and arbs, (angiotensin receptor blockers) gave me all kinds of problems, fatigue in the extreme and it made me get sinu infections and bronchitis alot. I learned too that with each bout of bronchitis there is more damage to the lungs so I got off these buggers in a hurry. by the way I didn't take these drugs all at the same time I kept switching when one was bothering me I went on another of the same type or different type but similar action.

once I quit and went on a calcium channel blocker called cardizem, I stopped getting bronchitis and sinu infections.

ACE stands for angiotensin converting enzyme. By inhibiting or blocking ace you can reduce blood pressure. It is a complex piece of physiology but you can learn more by studying the renin -angiotensin-aldosterone system.
