Yes you can but...... Raw vegetable juice must be blanched to destroy enzyme activity. To do this, simmer juice for two minutes at a minimum of 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Start 2 minute timing
when the temperature reaches 190 degrees Fahrenheit, NOT
BEFORE. Pour into freezer containers. Seal, label, date
and freeze.

I wouldn't.
Fresh juice from your juicer is delicate...and by that I mean that the nutrients disappear within 15 minutes of hitting the glass. Storing it in the fridge for 24 hours drastically reduces its effectiveness for delivering the vitamins and minerals it contains. I cannot imagine what happens to it if you were to freeze it.
I know its more time consuming, but I'd blanch and freeze the veggies before I'd freeze the juice.

Whether its a good idea or not is entirely debatable :/

i havent used my freezer in years... i dont like how food tastes bad when you get it out

vegetables juice is great and all, but theres no fiber.

its a matter of choice. dont do it as a ritual. somedays juice, some days eat it whole. u can get enough nutrients everyday and with other foods too. so no worries!
