Get in your pj's early in the evening and sit in bed straight up by dimmed night light. Have someone mix you a drink of dark rum mixed with equal parts of hot water (total of a cup) and some lemon juice in it and maybe some honey for some sweetness. Drink it slowly and after that, you will see a candy colored clown they call him sandman and you are ready to fall asleep and will sleep through the night and won't wake up in the middle of the night. You will feel so much better in the morning. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
