I am a fun loving girl who doesn't have a ton of money to work with. But I want an awesome theme for my party. I am not a complete girly-girl, I have a slight punk edge. I really need ideas, because I want to make this crazily awesome.

A saw a answer the other day that was GREAT!!
A Rave!!
Cheap decorations!! Black plastic and spray paint. Black Lights and strobe lights.
Music (loud)
Food - Finger foods and cokes to drink.
Of course with a little more imagination you could have alot of fun with this.

how about having a party by the beach with some tropical decoration the atmosphere would be ideal for a 16 party you can call it island fever.

do a masquerade. (you know the whole masks taken off at midnight) then you could just have regular party food/drink/music. plus it would be original and different.
