can men have the same thing in thier urine?

No it means you could have an infection in your urinary system. It has nothing to do with having drugs in your system.

No. If your urine has no metabolites of a drug, it is negative. White blood cells can show an infection. Get another urine test so that bacteria are searched this time.

white cells do not fail a urine, if there is a sufficient number it indicates UTI (urinary tract infection). You can have a few WBCs in a normal urine. Men can have white cells too.

white cells in your urine mean that you have a urinary tract infection and should be seeing a doctor to get antibiotics to clear it,, white cells will not do a thing to your drug test,,you should drink plenty of water,,and get your urine checked as soon as you can

White blood cells are the bodies defense cells. They help protect against and fight off disease. You probably have an infection. It has nothing to do with a drug test.

No, that means that you have an infection, probably a urinary tract infection or bladder infection. Go see the doc and get it treated. Meanwhile, drink lots of fluid and pee. Also, unsweetened cranberry juice will help flush bacteria out. Make sure that you have good hygiene too (wipe from front to back etc).

this can be from a uti or a vaginal infection..see your doc ..
