Well great idea.
I am giving you my won experimental idea…………
Gather the papers.
Wash them in water.
Now put the papers in fresh water for ½ an hour.
Mixed them in mixi or something like that.
Take a cloth & put the mixture a little in a thin coat.
Put another cloth on it & give a presser on it by weighty thing.
Dry it.
It is now a new formed paper similar the hand made paper.
Cut it in a proper shape.
Now you can use that as a clean paper.

there are probably dozens of uses for paper, such as newspaper or copy paper (8.5x11inch paper). Punch the key words below in "source" into Yahoo! search for the answer.

here's a good one for you

Making Charcoal From Old Newspaper
Charcoal from Old Newspaper

Do not waste old newspaper! During "brown-out" or when you run out of cooking gas, you can make use of charcoal from old newspapers.

Procedure:

1. Soak old newspapers and magazines for about two hours in water.

2. When the water is thoroughly soaked and soft, tear chunks of paper enough to be pressed into two inches balls.

3. Press out the water. I guess you'd need to make a mould and use a G-clamp or something similar to press out the water

4. Dry the wet briquettes on the concrete floor during hot and sunny days. Leave to dry in a warm place, airing cupboard?

5. When thoroughly dried store in plastic bags so that the briquettes will not absorb moisture.

6. Use paper briquettes as substitute for wood charcoal.

I have a dim and distant memory of seeing this done on Blue Peter or How!

Here is a fun way to recycle paper...

Shred the paper into about 1" to 1/2" strips.

Make a thick paste with flour and water. Place into a flat pan that is big enough to put the strips in.

Blow up a balloon and tie it. Place one strip at a time in the flour mixture making sure to coat the strip well. Remove any excess paste from the strip and place flat onto the balloon.

Repeat this step with more strips until you have one layer on the balloon. Leave the part where you tied the ball on uncovered in a circle area about the size of your fist.

Leave to dry, should take about 24 hours. Than repeat the steps again and dry. You should put 3-4 layers on the balloon. When your last layer is dried, pop the balloon.

Now in the open cavity place candy, toys, etc until full. Place a piece of plastic over the opening, covering it completely. Than paste strips over the plastic in layers just as you did before allowing drying time in between each layer.

After it is totally dried, paint it and decorate it any way you'd like.

Now you have a pinata' for what ever occasion.
