From your list, I would say Thai food is the best followed by Indian and Eastern. On Eastern food, I'm not sure whether I've tasted them before. Anyway a real spicy Tomyam can really perk you up.

I love it all! Why not?
1) I love the use of spices , chilies and the quick fire cooking methods of the Thais.
2) Indians, are so good with their vegetarian foods and curry seasoning.
3) Eastern food- Chinese, I love the balance of the sweet, hot and spiciness of their cuisine.
I guess it is a matter of exposing yourself to a variety of food that you will be able to appreciate the uniqueness of their ethic cooking.

Thai food is possibly the most flavoursome of Asian cuisine. I am also partial to the occasional Indian curry or vindaloo as well. Chinese food is pretty good as long as it is authentic and I have been known to indulge in Mongolian meals as well. However, when it comes down to eating an every day meal, Italian is right up there. Gnocchi, Ravioli,Pasta, Rissoto, Lasagne, Focaccia, and maybe some Tiramisu for desert. And a nice 1997 Chianti to wash it all down.

Middle Eastern foods or foods from Europe? Well, anyways I like Middle Eastern food because their food is mostly vegetarian, and if you were not referring to Middle Eastern, then I would probably go with Thai.

I think it depends on who is making it. I enjoy Thai food, but there's a really good Thai restaurant around the corner from me. I'm a big fan of good food and believe that anything can taste good if it's cooked the right way.

Thai. But then I am biased.
Lived in Thailand.
We have all kind of food here in Australia - and I have tried every type of food - still love Thai.
