my sis wanna have a pool party outside.. any recommened? which hotel to go? got to host a pool party. budget around 30plus per pax.

first if you want it at a hotel you call local hotels to see if they allow that
based on that and the cost of having it there you plan the food and entertainment based on what the facility allows.
you might have to use their food and go with what they say you can do as far as a dj or band and how loud or long they can be/play.
remember there would be other guests there and they might not allow outdoor parties.
