Since Guatemala is a third world country, I think it is safe to say no. In fact, I think it is safe to say that no prostitute is clean. You're running a huge risk for disease regardless of where you are, how much protection you use, etc.

prob not, and although they are in a hight risk category, because of their profession, how many other people out there have sex with someone, who had sex with someone else, who had sex with someone else........etc. so use condoms ALL of the time. keep yourself and everyone you are with safe.

when going to jail they get tested for stds. maybe if their healthcare system is poorer than ours.
