maybe the meat is fresher than normal wherever it's being purchased from.
?
no matter, maybe you need to take a break from it... and just pack up on veggies and fruits... some beans and soy nuts and nuts... (that'll give you and overdose of proteins...)
fresh veggies and fruits.. not that canned or frozen crap... fresh is where the vitamins are.
steam or chew on it raw... (even when you go back to meat if you do.... do keep up the vegetables, fruits and beans... grains... it's good for you to have a well balanced diet.)
sometimes meat can get funny or someone may be adding things to it.. if it's processed.. you may be picking up on something as a sensitivity to it.. or maybe you'll getting a tinge of GERD or some digestive irritations going on...
or who knows.. maybe you're developing an allergy to animal fats/proteins.
take a break and see what happens... then when you get a hunger for some meat.. try it again..
could also be the cooking process.. make sure that meat is cooked properly also.. JUST IN CASE.
:D
but do eat your fresh produce... it's good to keep a good regiment of variable foods in your diet.

If you're really concerned about this, you should go to a doctor. Since you asked us, I'll throw out some random things for you to chew on--since you can't chew on meat.
Are you a vampire or bleeding internally? If you were sourcing blood, nature's most perfect food, then you might not crave meat. If you're feeling good, you're probably not bleeding internally, but you never know.
A recent change in your diet would explain a lot. If you were getting enough protein, or the right mixture of amino acids, you wouldn't need meat. Eating more rice and beans would substitute for meat for example. Yeast has protein and vitamins and might decrease your need for protein.
Let's say you started eating lean. Beef and other meat is already getting much leaner these days. It has a different flavor than the good old days, when there was a lot more of fat. If you have recently changed to leaner varieties of meat, you would definitely notice a change in the taste. I find the leaner cuts of beef taste like liver. That's pretty revolting.

I personally hate the texture of meat which made it super easy to become a vegetarian. I'm not sure if I understand when you say, "I can't take the taste. I love meat, though." If you can't take the taste then how do you love meat? Forgive me, if I'm missing something.

You probably feel guilty that you are eating a dead animal. Be happy. Feeling this way is the beginning to a good cruelty free life. Being a vegetarian is a wonderful thing not just for the animals but for the whole world. You should do some research on vegetarian. The health benifits are out of this world! Research and be happy you feel this way. I can tell you there is nothing wrong with you except you feel sympathy for the animal. Whether you admit it or not. Being a vegetarian is wonderful.

It could be that your body is changing. It happened to me after I turned 30, and that's why I went veg. I thought I liked meat, but I started hating the taste and texture.
It sounds as if you're trying to convince yourself that you like it, but your body is saying otherwise. So why don't you try some of the numerous meat analogues out there and see if that helps you?

I thoroughly have no idea.
I could speculate but it probably wouldnt help much.
I spose you can keep eating meat and ignore it, or stop eating meat and not worry about it. choice is yours.
