You can survive for three months with no food at all, so I would say yes, you would survive. You might have some bowel issues from that though. You should also know that yoplait has gelatin, so it's not vegetarian, if that's why you asked in this section.

Ew. Lord NO!
Yogurt is a food that is touted to be great for you when in reality, it's not really that good. All the "fruit" that is in yogurt is full of sugar (empty calories) and most Yoplait yogurt has High Fructose Corn Syrup as one of the first three ingredients...which means it's loaded with the stuff.
Granted, it has fat and calories and even protein, but you need fibre and a host of other vitamins and minerals not found in yogurt.

If you ate enough to supply the calories you need to survive you could live two weeks on just about anything. However, you would likely be in very poor health after two weeks if all you eat is any single food.

Hah, yoplait isn't yogurt. its sugar with a bit of yogurt added to it.

If you did survive i think you would be well and truly messed up. if you kept at it you might even get diabetes from it.

most shop bought yogurt is a joke, i will only eat it if its hand made.

You could live but you will be messing the vitamins you need. Yourgat is good but i don't think it's good to eat for a couple weeks by itself.

yes you would live but be very weak and unhealthy. If you're planing to do this to loose weight it's a bad idea it well mess up you're metabolism and as soon as you go off this diet you would gain it right back actually gain more. If you went on this diet forever you would die.

yoplait has no real amount of vitamins like iron, so be prepared to pass out and feel like crap. :)

You would live but you would probably lose weight and not in a healthy way. You will most likely lose energy and possibly be sick. I wouldn't suggest doing it!
