Hi, I'm only a new type 2, but my life is radically different, as I have 2 factor for heart attack and stroke, so now I'm strictly on par with -----excerise, and my diet is bare bones (no junk food, no sugar drinks, no hard cheese) (3meals a day and 3oz chick, turkey, fish) at each meal. My starches are limited, bread one day, or sweet potato,or wild rice. No pasta. I include berries and fruit 2/day. Vegtables are always at every meal. I eat eggs also, and snack on celery with peanut butter, or cottage cheese. I do my glucose meter am before breakfast 90-130mg/dl and 2hrs after supper 110-150mg/dl. When my wt. and meter numbers are correct, I will introduce some dishes I like and watch the meter #'s. I believe I can get to the point of sometimes having a beer or a piece of good chocolate, or dine out. I believe I can now use common sense I should have always had.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

First of all, see an endo, be referred to a dietician, a podiatrist for your feet and neurologist if you need one. Then concentrate on your diet and exercise according to the meal plan the dietician has laid out for you. Watch your carbs and calories, do away with junk food and try to keep a good attitude. Diabetes is not a death sentence, just a BIG reminder that you need to change your lifestyle so you can live longer.

First you need a doctor to diagnose your diabetes. If he says you are diabetic he will put you on a diet and exercise program with or without medication. It is important that you follow the plan. Make sure you maintain a healthy weight and follow the doctor's orders.

You Accu-Chek(blood tester) is your lifeline. If you start to feel weird at any time even after you've just eaten, taken medicine, or have done nothing at all check your blood sugar to rule out any highs or lows that could be causing you to feel the way you do. If you still don't have a answer call your doctor or go to the nearest E.R. Never say it will get better, it is better to be safe than sorry.

I think just watch your sugar intake, of course, and your salt and fats & grease. My grandma has diabetes and she said that her doctor told her not to eat pork. I hope this helps.

type I --> see an endocrinologist.
type II --> see an endocrinologist.

there is no reason not to get professional help! you will not get all the help you need from yahoo answers, especially since we don't know your case or you personally.
good luck!!
