Exercise is vital: many diabetics could control their diabetes with diet and exercise but many are also too lazy to do so & would rather take a shot than do the work. But yes, 300 is very high and you can look up the many severe health problems caused by long term high sugar counts. For one, bacteria LOVE sugary bodily tissues, so diabetics are much more prone to all kinds of infections and the infections are harder to eradicate and get out of control much more easily. Think gangrene, blood sepsis, organ failure, etc. Stop looking for quick fixes and commit to a major lifestyle change.

An all protein diet will get your sugar down faster than anything. As far as long term effects, there's blindness, loss of limbs, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, etc. Or you could just end up like me with diabetic gastroparesis. That means your stomach doesn't empty out when you eat so you get horrible abdominal pains. Your best bet is to get a consult with a dietician and learn how to manage it, but it probably is not going to be without some medication at the levels you are talking about.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yea I had 450 when I found out at dr's office---life was going to be different---guess i don't want 2 risk factors for heart attack and stroke. So, Da-----I have a diebetic diet. First to go is any junk food, any sweet drink, hard cheese. Now I have a glucose meter and use it am before meal. and pm 2hrs after meal. My numbers are down to 140 each time and that is 2weeks into this and taking metformin( helps alot) . So, I am 52 and serious about it. What are you? I heard about a trucker who knew his high score like you, and for 5yrs did nothing about it. He had 3, heart attacks and now follows his diabetic diet and has his ac1 to 6.5. He was dumber than Iam going to be cause I am wising up now.
