I got these little bumps on the inner thighs and have no idea what they are. Ther dont itch or hurt..just little bumps or skin that poke out..changed laundry detergent but nothing changed..what could it be? A sign of some kind of STD?

Little bumps could be a number of different things. It could be acne, razor burn, ingrown hairs, herpes, rash, allergic reaction (maybe to your new soap), and many other things.
If they don't hurt or itch then it's probably no big deal. Just keep an eye on them and if they start to hurt or really bother you then get it checked out by a doctor.

it may be a rash from the detergent or a heat rash.
