A month ago for about three times I noticed that my boyfriends sperm was pink. I researched this and found the clinical things, but I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else? By the way...It has not been pink since. THanks for your input!

Semen is usually white or grey, but can occasionally appear yellowish. Pink or red semen suggests that blood is present. Although this is only rarely due to a serious health problem, men with semen that seems bloodstained should seek advice from their family doctor.
A semen analysis is a test to measure the amount and quality of a man's semen and sperm. It is sometimes called a sperm count.

Answer There's really only one thing which makes the semen pink – and that's blood. The commonest cause for this is an inflammation or infection of some part of the semen-producing 'equipment' – the testes, the epididymis or the prostate gland. There isn't really another credible explanation and it isn't a variation of normal. I do think it is important for this to be properly diagnosed and treated. Embarrassing though it is, it is actually surprisingly common. The commonest causes of this are actually very easily treated. Ignoring it is not a good idea and your boyfriend should go and see his GP.

I will not go into details here but, go to www.webmd.com and look for "pink sperm"
There are so many types of medications that can color sperm, if your looking and I don't have a clue as to why your checking the color.
It can be "yellow, pink, red, orange" usually from anti-biotics or hormones, STD drugs, etc.

Eating a lot of tomato products can turn sperm slightly pink. It will also turn milk pink in lactating women.

If it happens again, he should definitely go see a doctor. He might want to consider using a penis health creme as well. These are, by far, the best products for improving overall penis health, function and skin condition. I use one called Man1 Man Oil, and my penis has never been in better shape. Check it out. Hope this helps and good luck.
