I mean i was just wondering. In high school time (right now im in college not taking any health classes lol) they talked about std, hiv's 1 and 2, and aids and all those viruses.

When u get married, or get a girlfriend, before having sex and all that excited and crap, do u need to go to the doctors and get checked to see who has a virus?

If not then how does the women get pregnant if a guy is wearing a condom? doesnt that protect u from stds and stuff? i dont really get wats going on. do u just not wear a condom and have sex right awway if u want children?

also how do u know if someone has a viruses in there body besides getting checked? probably impossible. just asking. thanks for the answers though. ive been worried and confused for the past couple of years hehe.

The only way to get pregnant if you are wearing a condom is if it slips off or breaks during intercourse. You do not necessarily have to go to the doctor before you begin sexual intercourse but it is smartest to do if you or your partner has had sex before to make sure neither of you has an STD. Wearing a condom does not protect you from getting and STD, the only protection from and STD is abstinence. Some STD's are visible to the eye some are not, so getting checked and making sure the person doesn't lie to you is smartest. Hoped that helped more questions just e-mail me, shaubloom@yahoo.com

I think you'd better spend some time in a library and look some of these things up before you get yourself into trouble. Most cannot be answered here due to the length of the response.
You'll know if your ill, keep yourself clean and looking good. Don't rush into things, sometimes "No" means "yes" and "yes" means "no" know the difference.
Make sure your willing to marry the girl you having sex with, it might change your mind to know you'll have to live with her forever.
Practice safe sex.
