turn off your AC gradually build up a resistance to the heat. I have done this and find that a well insulated home with a good attic fan and the windows open is realy cool during the hot part of the day and will freeze you at night. Our bodies have softened to much and require more babying to survive. But we can build our bodies stronger and learn ot adapt to the environment around us this is called homestasis. Our body fixing or adjust to survive.

Green, around the house with shade. Good insulation and also economic cooling like a swamp cooler in a dry environment. Remember to vent the house with the swamp cooler. Also economic cooling will not be as cool as the other types.

Economically, but not cheaply.
Live in an earth sheltered home.
Expensive to build, but economical to heat and cool.

Pretty soon the heat will be unbearable and air conditioners and coolers won't save us not even water.

Wear soft, light-colored clothing, provide your house with enough natural air-ventilation facility, minimize the use of electric lamps, use paper fans, and plant trees!

Try having cool tomato and lime natural drinks.avoid ice water to keep u healthy.
