I came home from work and dinner wasn't ready. Not even the salad. I'm lost. I forgot to mention she's Hispanic.

Does your wife work? do you have kids. What does being Hispanic have to do with it? Get a grip!

I recommend that you go out and get yourself something to eat, or if your wife goes along with you, have her buy dinner.

It's funny how the girls on this board mention that you should cook. Why would you? You're the one that just came home from work.

Your wife probably doesn't have to worry about the mortgage, utilities or any bills. Heck. I would like to be at home while someone else supports me.

I don't know what Hispanic has to do with this issue.

Edit...
This is crazy!!!
Even if this guy is a troll, the rest of you got to be kidding!

The guy just got home from work. Why should he cook dinner?????

The fact is that men work harder than women. Men work the more dangerous jobs. That's why the expected life expectancy of a man is lower than a woman's. Also, because of work and exposure to chemicals, more men end up getting cancer than women.

Men don't marry women to be cooks, but it seems that women sure do marry men based upon income and the ability to provide for the female's nesting behavior.

No wonder the USA has a 50% divorce rate. People (read in women) priorities are all screwed up. Girls are just too selfish and guys are just too p.w.'d to stand up for their rights.

Give us hard working guys a break and just have dinner ready and don't complain how hard your day was because the hairstylist was running late.

Perhaps she had a bad day. Cook your own darned dinner for once.... don't always expect the wife to do it! Its past the year 2000 for 7 years now...take a cooking class and stop looking at your wife as if she should be barefoot and pregnant and staying within the confines of the kitchen.

Cook your own? You are leaving out a few details: did you have a fight with her, was she also coming from work or she just not feel like cooking? Why not cook for once for her.....

the fact that she is hispanic has nothing to do with the fact that dinner wasnt on the table, to be honest with you, maybe she is sick of waiting on you, you sound like a big boy, maybe you ought to cook her dinner once in a while.......by the way, are all men lazy? it sure seems so

Who cares what nationality she is!!! Maybe she had a rough day with the housework, kids, first day of school, etc... Draw her a bath and cook dinner. Then enjoy the evening!!
