im turning 13 and im inviting 30 ppl (guys and girls) im a girl so where are good places that arnt expencive or not even have to pay for..? HELP!!!!

How bout your house? It doesn't cost anything like a hall would and if you have a good size backyard, you can set up chairs and tables and things outside! I've done this for many parties and we always have a great time. Also, you could purchase a volleyball or badminton set from walmart and set that up for some entertainment for your guests!! have fun and happy birthday!

Well it depends on where you live. If in Southern Cali go to the beach. Rent out some surf boards, boogie boards, get some tanning lotion on and you're set.
Nearby lakes are also an option,
Rivers and you all can go tubing,
Camping is fun with some marshmellows, fire, etc...

a park or a lake or the beach if the weather is nice are great ideas and their free.
if your looking for somting cheap maybe try and aquatic center or water park.
or you could always use your house.
