The HIV virus is spread through blood, semen, vaginal fluids and breast milk. During oral sex the fluids will enter your mouth (or possibly your nose or eyes) where there are mucus membranes. The virus buds will attach to the membranes and you will be infected.

if you have an open sore in your mouth and the person ejaculates in your mouth,it could get into your bloodstream.And could give you hiv or other std's
