No. The ONLY way to properly control your blood sugar is to check it often and inject yourself with the correct amount of insulin. Nothing else will work. I know that is no fun at all, but it is what is required to keep you healthy. It is likely more difficult now than it was when you were little because your hormones are changing, which can change your insulin requirements, so what use to work well does not anymore. This will eventually stabilize out. Just try to keep on top of it as best as you can, it is really important. Also, discuss this with your doctor in case he has any ideas.

You must watch your carb intake... your food portions, your sweet intake. there is no vitamins you can take to keep your sugar in good range. You must be on a good diet. Watch how much pasta you eat, potatos, bread, stuff such as that all that turns into sugar. Watch your portions. be sure to eat snacks. such as penut butter and crackers. See your doctor, and get a mean plan.
Good luck

i know very little about the pump. but i do know if your sugar goes up alot then you need to test that blood 4 x day and keep it right if you are eating bad stuff it will show. and i knowthat is what you are oding. if you'd keep check in sugar counts you could keep it down and diet right. i know its harder when you areyoung but you have to you will live with this till you die and we hope someday you will see a cure so you can't mess your organs up for this mes sonly.
