I'm getting hungry. Is bread and jam ok?

Check the ingredients in the bread to make sure there's no dairy, eggs, or honey.

What can you eat? Fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, beans/pulses, tofu, tempeh, seitan...there's a heck of a lot of stuff you can eat.

Mmmm... I love bread and jam.

Be sure the bread doesn't have any dairy (they sometimes contain whey). I love Rudi's Organic Colorado Cracked Wheat bread - but if you can't find that I am sure you can find others. I also think Lenders bagels are vegan (well some of them - not the egg ones of course).

Jam should be no problem.
Enjoy your treat!

Yes! you could probably also have any fruit or veggie or olivio butter because it has no animal products in it.

nope.

eat some fresh veggies.. put a fresh fruit in there too..

how about soymilk with strawberries, blueberries and a peach? then some light salad with 3 types of peppers (red/green/yellow or orange) with maters, broccoli, avocado, sprouts of some type lettuce of your choice... grapes... onions... spinach...

that'll give you more vitamin d, b-12, calcium... protein... so on and the fiber you need daily.

top it off with a glass of water and some o.j.

:D
