I am having a 30th birthday party for a friend of mine and she doesn't like cake. Does anyone have an alternative for cake that I can use for the party?

i always have that problem when my husbands birthday comes around. He doesn't like cake, and usually I make him a Coconut Cream Pie, but every once in a while, I surprise him with his favorite for the summer ....a Strawberry Pie covered with homemade whipped topping.

What about chocolate mousse? It's always a lovely alternative to cake.

ice cream parlor set up- get plastic bowls, bananas choc syrup nuts cherries etc...

a huge fruit parfait!!! just get van or strawberry yogurt put in a big casserole dish layer with fruit and granola !!!
