If you can find a cartoon photo of Clinton, and enlarge it to cookie size, I can give you s site that tells you how to make your own. I have never seen them already made up. I hope this idea works for you. For the features, eliminate all the lines except the minimal lines to make him recognizable. Mark these on the finished cookies and trace over them with thinned icing ( thick enough not to run ).

seriously i don't know. bed bath and beyond has a LOT of things, but i doubt they have THAT. shop online and see wat places have.
