Congratulation! U are OK. It is said that those who have lower BP from childhood have longer life span. Pulse rate in atheletes or sports person tend to have lesser pulse rate however between 80 to 100/min. is also normal. When you are at rest pulse rate reduces and when you are during exertion your pulse rate will be increased. Incase you have fluctuating pulse rate during rest with palpitation then you can consult a cardiologist.

It is normal to have a varying pulse rate. The heart rate increases and decreases as per the demands exerted on it by your body. If you are active physically yr heart tends to beat faster, while you relax it slows down a bit. This is normal for everyone. No need to panic.

Hi
you are describing what you experience while walking about your BP and heart rate. Both seem to be normal. But where is your question? If this is what you wish to know about then it's OK. Please put your question clearly so that others understand it clearly too without any confusion.
