90 is perfect. In fact, it's amazing that it was that low 2 hours after eating all that junk. I wouldn't be putting my body through all that stress if I were you.
80 to 110 fasting is ideal. Anything under 140 two hours after eating is non diabetic. Under 60 could be considered hypoglycemic. Like I said, you're perfect.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar is when your levels are 70 or below. Obviously your body handles sugar very well considering all the junk you ate. Normal fasting (8 hours or more without food or drink other than water) blood sugar levels are between 70 and 100. However if you keep eating this way it won't be long before you'll get readings of 190 instead of 90. I suggest you reform your eating habits while you're still healthy and your cell handle sugar well

If you are worried, go to the doctor and have professional blood sugar tests done ... 80-110 is considered "normal" if you have not eaten within 2 hours ... so 90 after a nap seems fine ...
I think your blood sugar would be a lot lower if it were hypoglycemia ...

Normal range is between 75-100 about 2 hours before meals. I believe hypoglycemia is when its about 20-50.
