Does anyone know of any vegan- friendly shampoo that I can buy at regular supermarkets? And does anyone know if Garnier Fructis is okay to use? They said that they don't test on animals or use animal ingredients, but I just found out that I have to ask other questions.
Sources please

I don't think Garnier Fructis is vegan. Sunsilk is manufactured by Unilever, and Garnier Fructis is made by Clairol. Both companies are notorious for being HUGE animal testing supporters.

If you're looking for products that aren't tested on animals, I suggest Avon, Revlon, Down Under Naturals, and Got2B. If you're looking for other products, go to http://caringconsumer.com/ for a list of companies that do, and don't test on animals. You can also order a wallet sized booklet, with a huge, fold out list of products that are not tested on animals. It's really convenient, and I take it everywhere.

I would suggest trying Giovanni's (e.g. Magnetic Shampoo + Conditioner) or Aubrey Organics (e.g. Honeysuckle - Rose Shampoo + Conditioner) (some are not vegan so read the ingredients) But most of those are. I love both product lines and those gave me way better results than conventional shampoos and conditioners which tend to dry out my hair. Give it a shot. Both are all natural that means those are healthier for you + the planet.

Johnathon is a brand that certifies most of the products as vegan, you can also try Phyto. Both are available at Sephora and Bath and Body Works flagship stores.
A less expensive option is the Alba or Jason brand which I can find in my local grocery store.

I like all products except I don't LOVE Jason.

If you live near a Trader Joe's, they have several cruelty-free shampoos & conditioners that smell great, work well & are very reasonably priced. Natural food stores also have several types but are more expensive.
Large supermarkets often have Jason, Kiss My Face & other brands.

also look at www2.lush.com
i use herbal essences, which is animal friendly, but none of clairols other products are so watch out
citre shine. no animal testing, no animal-derived ingredients. and their conditioner works really well for getting tangles out.
