You will have an unquenchable thirst.
After a lengthy time without treatment you will go blind and/or loose feeling in feet, legs that will have to be amputated.
If you are lucky you will die of heart attack or stroke before it starts to whittle you away.
Or you could go see a doctor if for some reason you thinkyou have it.

I learned in my diabetes class that many people who develop type 2 diabetes have it for as long as 10 years before they are diagnosed. The symptoms can be confusing and may sometimes lead to other conclusions. I went to the doctor thinking I had a prostate problem because I pee a lot and found out I was diabetic. Another symptom was blurred vision. I thought I just needed reading glasses because I was getting older. There were other symptoms but I didn't know they meant diabetes. The best thing to do is go see a doctor if you are at all concerned.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Some people have diabetes but manage with diet and exercise. If thats the case you may not know you had it until something odd happens, like you get sick. Then because you are not exercising or eating the same it might get out of control.
the signs of diabetes also may be caused by other things. The certain way to check is a blood test.
A main symptom is getting up at night to pee, or to have an urgent need to pee during the day. Its like "I need to go NOW or I will wet myself "

The first symptoms people usually have of diabetes is extreme increase in thirst and frequency in urination. If undetected after that happens, and your blood sugars go very high for a long period of time, then it can begin causing other problems, generally vision damage (diabetic retinopathy), kidney problems (diabetic nephropathy), and possibly cause circulation problems which can lead to peripheral neuropathy. Additionally, you can have a general sense of illness -malaise - which means you feel bad, sick. You can get dizzy. My brother found out he had diabetes due to these last few symptoms. Generally just don't feel good. The worst of the complications is generally from quite a long time of high uncontrolled blood sugars. Pay attention to your thirst and urination, those are going to be probably the first signs.

If you never checked the gas gage on your car, you would eventually run out of gas and the car wouldn't move.It doesn't matter that you didn't know the car was low on gas.
Just because you are ill but don't know about it , doesn't mean you are healthy.
Untreated diabetes can lead to all sorts of problems.Blindness, kidney shut down and amputations.
If you take care of yourself, you can remain healthy and avoid these problems.
Would you like to wake up in the hospital without legs, attached to a dialysis machine and blind ? It's much better to add the gas to the car rather than be stranded far from home.
Get a check up and what now seems impossible to deal with and is so scary, will become easier every day.
I wish you the best.

Most diabetics have diabetes (undiagnosed) for at least 5 years before they notice any symptoms. With me ---the first thing I noticed was my eyesight was not as good. I wish now I had been checked earlier. I now have macular degeneration in my left eye that won't allow me to drive at night and I have to use artificial tears 3 times a day and wear glasses. Get checked soon.

if your sugar is high you will evntually find out. you may get sick to your stomach, be dizzy and run fever and just about feel like you are dying. they take blood work and find out you are diabetic. you could get into coma if its too high the sugar. it could be that and some people never come out of it. its just the luck of the draw. some people have strokes and heart attacks right away its never one to know what is wrong. but they will find out when blood is drawn. so why not be checked it takes one blood test and they can tell if its over 100 you are and there is nothing to do but get on with it and take care of it.
