Cherylann, actually they toast sandwich wraps at Blimpies. But the comments people have made about cold cuts I've found to be true.

I'm not too sure, but I think the burrito tortilla is smaller than a fajita wrap....and it does have to do with the fillings, a buritto is usually refried beans, meat, salsa, guacamole and rice. (more or less)

A sandwich wrap is cold cuts or chicken, tuna, shrimp salad. I mean you would not order a burrito wrap, would you.

I think it has to do with the ingredients. Wraps have sandwhich meats, sliced cheese, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. A Burrtio has cooked meat of Beef, Pork or Chicken, shredded cheese, diced tomato, chopped lettuce and a Mexican flavor.

sandwich wraps generally dont have refried beans or shredded beef in them, they have sliced luncheon meats, shredded lettuce, the sort of stuff you would put on a sandwich, they are also eaten cold, whenever i've had a burrito its been served hot..........

By you analogy a Gyro is a burrito.

I thnk mexicans would be pissed off if MC Donalds called them burritos. And I would agree. Besides MC Donalds can't trademark burrito.
