Tell her to bring her Prescription and medications, and warm clothing, and sublingual nitrates.
Don't take her out in snow, and to take a sublingual before going out. Warm breathing is mandatory.

It's best if you guys have an ottoman which she can pretty much sit in throughout the Christmas days. It's best if she actually only relaxes there and watches movies, jokes around, and talks.
Avoid her to go in contact with cold water. As a matter of fact, go with her to the bathroom and make sure she always washes with warm water.
Be sure she brings all prescriptions with her.
Don't make her mad and talk to her, don't leave her alone. Always consider her and count her in.
