Easy to prepare (aka convenient). Frozen foods or microwaveable foods come to mind.

Convenience food - something easy or convenient to get/obtain, prepare, and eat. As a busy Mom in the career world, I have become quite an expert in 'Convenience food". :-)

Convenience means just that...no prep time, not cooking. I would assume it should be listed on a food website.
