CIMS refers to current index of medical specialities and MIMS refers to monthly index of medical specialities both are books having updated information on various drugs their uses side effects and interactions. Also they contain brief overview of diseases for which the drugs are meant.

Both CIMS & MIMS are meant for the use of medical professionals & related branches only.
Both r mini-reference books/ dictionaries of medicines, their different brand names, pharma companies etc. & are helpful while advising on medicines to be given.
