How does nutrition act as a risk and/or a protective factor for Type II Diabetes?

Body weight is key in developing DM II. Nutrition per se has not been directly linked to CAUSING diabetes - for instance, eating refined sugar will not cause you to have diabetes.

Once you have diabetes keeping track of the glycemic index can be very important in controlling blood sugars.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

i, vi, and viii. I have Type II. I still make some insulin (very little) but my body will not use it. Even with oral meds. So i am now dependent on insulin injections. I:C = 1:9 and ISF = 40 Novolog and 32 units of Lantus daily. Ends up 6-7 shots a day depending on if I eat that night snack. But my doc still insists on writing NIDDM type II. Go figure. No wonder my insurance doesn't want to pay for a pump. I'm not that unhealthy. 31 yrs old 5'8" 190lbs BMI=22%. I'm an odd ball I guess. Type II insulin dependent - health care profesional
