Ask for your mom and dad to talk with them alone. Tell them, "This isn't funny. Please stop."
Usually, that works.
And if they don't, just say, "At least I won't die of clogged arteries!"

You probably won't be able to get your brothers to stop, but if you talk to your parents alone and tell them how much it bothers you, they probably will. It's likely that your parents are thinking it's harmless fun and that you're taking it well*, and they just need to be told straight up how much you don't like it. It might also help if you can get your vegetarian sister to back you up. You can also ask her if they treated her this way when she first went veg, and what she did about it.
*Edit: I am making the assumption that your parents are just being a bit clueless, rather than being bullies. If you know your parents are intending to hurt you or force you to change your mind, go ahead with the ignoring route others have suggested.

The best thing to do with family that ridicules and insults you is ignore it, as opposed to friends. If, for instance, they try to offer you some sausage or whatever, and say, "Hey, you want some dead pig? It's REALLY GOOD." Just politely reply, "No thanks, I don't want any."
Try to stick with your older sister-you know, go shopping, trying vegetarian restaurants, cooking veggie dishes-just stuff you can enjoy together.
Make sure you're eating a balanced diet and getting all the nutrition you need, so you don't get sick and your parents have an excuse to force you to eat meat again.
If any of your friends ask you why you're a vegetarian, just state your reason, like, "I don't think animals need to be killed so we can eat them," "Vegetables are much healthier," "I think the meat industry is cruel."
Lastly, try not to be too hard on your parents and brothers-Your parents were probably raised and fed misinformation about how we NEED meat and it's an integral part of our society. Boys usually tend to be more dominating, and not as open to newer ideas and ways of life-but that's not to say all guys are jerks about vegetarianism---most of my guy friends don't ever say anything about it, and when they first found out, they just asked me why.

Honestly the best way is by example. Show them that it doesn't bother you. After awhile, when they see that you're still not eating meat and you're not giving in to their taunts, they'll stop.
As for the relying on them thing: they're your family. Although they obviously don't agree with your choice, you still have to have faith that they love you and would stand behind you when you need it. Your brothers probably do it because they like to pick on you.
If it really bothers you, talk to your parents about it. Tell them how it makes you feel and ask them to stop and make your brothers stop as well. More than likely, they think it's just a bit of playful teasing that they don't think upsets you. I'm sure telling them otherwise would make them stop.

Being Veg is the best and healthy thing ever. Dont eat up the animals. People who eat the animals are getting Mad Cow diseases and all tumours in their brains etc. Servers them right, teaches the rest to stop eating up the animals.
You need to keep a strong mind and dont give a dam about what the rest of the morons are talking about. Stick to your guns at all times and dont be distrubed. You are doing the right thing by being Veg.

They are probably just trying to get a reaction out of you. If they see that it bothers you, they will keep on doing it.
Your best bet is to just say "that's nice" when they tell you its a piggy cooking and just ignore them. Don't let them know it bothers you or it won't stop.
Or you could always tell them that you don't appreciate them being rude towards you and that you're not going to change your mind - they should respect you and your decision.
But you should just ignore them and after awhile, when they see that you aren't reacting anymore, it won't be any fun for them and they'll quit doing it!

1. Ignore them
2. Confront them (respectfully)
3. Write a journal about it, or do something else that's creative
4. Surround yourself with cool vegetarians
5. Remember it's only temporary; they will get bored soon enough
6. Learn to cook
7. Become an AR activist on your weekends
8. Become informed so you can respond with logic every time they confront you with stupidity
9. Be calm; remember they're doing this because they're secretly concerned about you
Too sleepy to think up the rest of this list; maybe I'll edit it tomorrow morning.

You know over time their outlook will change. Why, because they will be going to the doctor all the time for diseases they acquired from eating red meats and pork. Colon surgery, different cancers and all sorts of bad things. Now I don't want to wish these things on anyone. But, it will happen if they don't change their ways to yours. You and your sister have the healthiest lifestyle, keep it. When you are all old and gray or at least they are, they may change their opinions when they see that you and your sister still look like young women. But then again maybe not. In my opinion don't worry about it, there are people out there like me who support your decision(s) and will always be there for you.

It's pretty simple. People tease because they enjoy the reaction they get - it doesn't matter the subject. They are not teasing your sister because her reaction isn't satisfying to them. Stop giving them the reaction they want and they'll give up making fun of you. Ignore it.
