I think mexican food is great. I love it alot. I can even make some of it and i'm white. To me Enchillias are the best.

I love to make enchiladas especially chicken, pork, cheese and spinach ones are good too. I make blue corn tamales with shredded beef, sun-dried tomatoes, and caramelized onions. I saw a recipe in the news and tried it and it is a family favorite. You rub a pork roast in spices and bake until it shreds. You serve this on top of a cheese quesadilla, and top with salad, avocados, and salsa. Some like it with cheese and sour cream. For the spices I use a blend of chipotle, cumin, garlic, chili pepper and ancho ground up. I make rice using saffron to serve with it. I use the ice cream maker to freeze up papaya and guava nectar for a cold drink. Mexican food is so addictive! Sometimes I make it for breakfast because of a craving for it.

I like Mexican food. It's very close to middle eastern food, if you can believe that, except some minor differences in spice preferences.
Anyway, my favorite is fajitas!!!! Man i love that stuff...

i love the authentic stuff not the crap u get at taco bell or the mexican resturants im talkin bout the stuff they really cook in mexico.....and i love the barbacoa de res aka steamed beef BBQ or the tortas or the homemade gorditas. anybody who lives in an area that has the authentic Taquerías u know what im talking about.

There is nothing better than Mexican food to me. I love tamales especially when they are wrapped in banana leaves!

I do and I like tacos (soft or hard), quesadillas, burritos (esp. the deep fried ones), enchiladas, along with sour cream, guacamole and beans, everything! I love the authentic-made cuisine more than the Americanized versions but the latter is still good.

I love it. The Mexican dessert sopapilla is amazing. That's the one with the fried dough a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with honey, chocolate syrup and topped with toasted almonds yummm!
