Make a stirfry using a nice wild or brown rice. Then take strips of tofu and sautee them in honey and soy sauce till they get a nice texture. Then add that to some veggies and garnish with cashews.

Cut a pound of tofu into slices. Saute until it starts to brown. Add about 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast and 2 tbsp of flour and stir to coat. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce/tamari/Braggs, and 1 tbsp vinegar. When liquid is absorbed, toss in a couple of handfuls of frozen bell peppers (or half a fresh bell pepper), a couple of chopped green onions, and some capers. Heat until veggies are tender-crisp.

I make my spaghetti sauce with it. I love the Morningstar Farm crumbles. I cook them with onion, just as someone would do with hamburger and then spend all day on the sauce. I am not a vegetarian, but I would never go back to hamburger again.
