I just recently became a vegetarian, and I've been having mad cravings for shakes. Do they add any animal products? Also, what about Jack-In-The-Box, Burger King, Wendy's, and Dairy Queen.

You can also try this vegan Shakes:

Strawberry Banana Shake (Vegan)

Ingredients:

1 fresh or frozen banana
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

this tastes good try it:
Fruity high Protein Shake

Quick Pick me up or Breakfast! The bananas (with skin on) I freeze when they start to ripen and have a lot extra. Just cut skin away when ready to use. The skin will be black but the meat will be fine. I also have berries frozen to make shakes when needed.

1 banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 scoop protein powder
4 ice cubes

1. Put all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached!

also

Carob Shake

Blend together in blender:
filtered water (to top of blades)
1/4-1/2 cup nuts, ground (any kind)
3 heaping Tbsp. carob powder, (raw organic)
4-5 bananas, frozen (break into chunks and add until thick)
vanilla to taste
honey to taste

Good luck!!!!

Probably not... I guarantee that there has to be some animal substance in there (other than the milk, of course), as almost all McDonald's products contain animal products and trans fat (even the salads, which are unhealthier than most burgers there).

Glycerin and gelatin seem to be used a lot in those kinds of products. Of course there is vegetable glycerin and gelatin, but you never now for sure unless it specifically says that its from a vegetable source.

Your best bet is to go to the websites of these places...like DQ.com and wendys.com, etc and look for a page that tells you all the ingredients. Then you can look and see what places are good to eat.

Also: http://www.vegetarian-restaurants.net/OtherInfo/FastFoodRest.htm is website I use a lot to look and see what fast food restaurants have that is ok to eat.

i am not sure if they contain animal fat, they most likely do, but you can be pretty sure anything coming from those joints called a "milkshake" contains no trace of anything dairy.

I don't trust mcDonalds, so I get my shakes elsewhere. Jamba juice is great as is orange julius.

I don't know, but I wouldn't eat anything that came from McDonalds.

I don't understand why they would put beef flavoring in their fries.
